The Bay bikes experience
General Info
Bay Bikes is located in the beautiful beachside suburb Sandringham. Only 30 minutes by direct train from Melbourne CBD. From our shop in Sandringham, you have access to the bike path that runs for approximately 35 kilometers along the coast of Melbourne and provides an easy and beautiful ride to the city or the South. We offer electric bike hire from 1 hour up to a full day. The bikes we use are DiroDi Rover Fat Tyre E-bikes. High quality bikes, unique in their looks and they can carry up to 2 people! Bay Bikes is:
- A fun experience for adults and kids.
- Discovering new places and experiencing something different. The bikes are unique and the surroundings are beautiful. We promise you will love it! We've had many returning customers who can't get enough of the Bay Bikes experience.
- Easy to do. It's as easy as riding a standard bike, with a little extra help. You can use as much power as you like from the motor of our E-bikes. That's what makes it a suitable activity for all ages and fitness levels.
- A safe activity. It feels very adventurous to ride our fat tyre E-bikes, and it is! But it's also very safe. All safety equipment is provided, and we spend time with all our customers for operation & safety instructions. We will only let you go, once you feel confident and ready.
- Affordable! We understand how frustrating it can be that fun activities often cost a lot of money, on top of our constantly rising cost of living. That's why we offer 50% of for under 18 riders and we have special discounts for concession card holders.
- A small family business. When you are renting E-bikes with Bay Bikes, you are supporting a local family business, which is a great thing! Plus, because it's our own business we find customer service super important, and we treat all our customers with friendliness and respect.
