Bay Bikes Original will allow a return for exchange product or refund provided the item in question is

• returned within 7 days of receiving the order; 
• new and is not used, worn, or opened and has all original packaging and tags in-tact (including any package seals (if any) being unbroken);
• in a resalable condition, and 
• not damaged in any way.

• Deposits are non-refundable after 14 days.
• Chargers are exempt from our returns policy.
• We cannot accept return items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seals are damaged or broken.

Satisfaction Guarantee or Change of mind

If you are not satisfied with the product, or if you have simply changed your mind within 14 days of product receipt, you can return the product for a full refund if there is no sign of usage on the product (e.g., scratches, dents, or any other types of wear and tear). 

If a pre-order is cancelled prior to fulfilment of the advised pre-order date and or 7 days after order is placed, then this constitutes a change of mind. A full refund cannot be offered, and a 10% (of sale price) restocking fee will be applied. 

Freight charges on “change of mind” returns will be covered by the buyer.

Packing Responsibility

You will be responsible for properly repacking the product in its original packaging. If the original packaging is not accessible, the customer will be charged up to $100 for resending packaging material.

Damages During Return

If the product is damaged during return due to improper packing, the cost of repair will be on the customer’s side.

Refund Process:

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours after the order has been received back by us.
